Geofabrics India can provide a range of leading geotextile and geosynthetic product solutions to the mining industry. These include solutions for the protection and drainage layers for mine heap, leach processes, tailings dams and further drainage applications.

Geofabrics India offer bidim™ and ELCOMAX™ geotextiles that provide cushioning, protection and drainage layers.

ELCOSEAL™ is a Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL) made from quality polypropylene geotextiles and premium grade sodium bentonite – mined in Australia. ELCOSEAL™ GCL’s are fibre-reinforced by needle-punching the composite across the entire length and width of the product.  The high tenacity fibres are then thermally-locked to ensure high long-term shear strength.

As the first, and still remains to be the only, GCL manufactured in Australia, ELCOSEAL™ has been at the forefront of environmental and civil engineering lining applications since 1996.
